ALL VOUCHER COLLECTIONS MUST BE LABELLED WITH YOUR INITIALS AND A NUMBER UNIQUE TO THIS STUDY (E.G., WM21), TO BE ENTERED IN THE APPROPRIATE COLUMN BELOW.
Example: JWM01 was JWM's first specimen at this site. It was tentatively Lecanora conizaeoides, found on Acer macrophyllum. None of the other target species were present on that tree. The tree trunk had over 20% cover of lichens and bare bark (see Field Survey Protocol and Filling out the Data Sheets).
* Trees must be greater than 15 cm (6 inches) diameter at breast height (1.35 m)
** Enter abbreviations for groups with > 20% cover, using the following codes: B = Bare, A = Algae, M = Moss, L = Macrolichens. Note that crustose lichens not readily apparent at arms length are included in the "bare" category.
